Who does what
The things that usually stop people from invoicing – the accounts, the VAT, the deadlines and the forms – are our responsibility, not yours.
This is what we take care of
Your invoice
Whether you charge by the hour, at a fixed price or have had expenses along the way – and wherever the client sits.

Questions and answers
We calculate the VAT for you based on what type of assignment it is. Some services are exempt, others carry 25, 12 or 6 percent. You choose the type of assignment, and the correct rate is set automatically – and we file the VAT return.
Then we chase it. We send a reminder before the due date, a reminder after the due date, and refer the case to debt collection if that becomes necessary. You should not have to collect money from a client you want to work with again.
Yes. You enter a name and address instead of an organisation number. Note that we cannot credit-check private clients in the same way, so for larger amounts we recommend payment in instalments.
Expenses you have had in order to carry out the assignment: equipment, software, materials, travel and mileage allowance. You upload the receipt in the app, and the amount is deducted before tax.
The standard is 14 days, but you can choose a different due date when you create the invoice. Your pay is run within 24 hours of the money reaching us – whichever due date you chose.
Yes. Public sector clients require an electronic invoice in the Peppol BIS format, and we send that automatically when you select a public sector recipient.
Get in touch with support and we will sort out a credit note and a new invoice. It is free, and we will help you with the wording towards the client if you need it.
After the fee, employer's social security contributions and the tax deduction, most people are left with around 55–60 percent of the invoice amount. Use the pay calculator on the front page to work it out for your own amount and your own tax table.
It takes three minutes to create an account, and you pay nothing until the client has paid you. No lock-in period, no fixed costs.
